Smoothies, honestly they are great. They are quick to make, refreshing, there are many flavors and you can pretty much pack them with nutrients. For me, smoothies are more typically my style of breakfast. I’m, not someone who likes to have a big or small meal for breakfast. I find all of that to be too heavy for me and sets my day off in a bad way. Luckily I have a lot of smoothie recipes I can share. So here’s my favorite go-to smoothie!
Berry Smoothie Direction Help
This is an obviously easy recipe all you want to do is add all the ingredients into the blender. Of course, it’s up to you in what you want to add in. For example, I like greek yogurt for protein and spinach for some hidden nutrients. Plus you can not taste it! Of course, this recipe is customizable to what you like so don’t be afraid!
