Tuna, more than meets the eye
Tuna, sounds good, doesn’t it? How about canned tuna? Not so much. But before you run away and think you can not make canned tuna good hear me out. There are over a hundred different ways you can enjoy this beautiful fish in a can. So I’m going to show you a simple recipe that you can use to customize and make this your own. Plus it is a great source for Omega-3.
Tuna Direction Help
Now, this is a very short recipe, the first thing you want to do is cut your tomatoes, onion, and jalapeno. Its ultimately up to you how big you end up cutting your veggies but I go for small dices. Once you have diced everything place it in a medium bowl and add in two cans of drained tuna. Preferably one that is canned in water, I think it tastes a lot better.
After you have added your tuna go ahead and add in your mayo. I got light on the mayo because my tummy gets upset with a lot of mayo. But if it is your thing and it does not hurt you heck, add more! Then the next step would be to mix everything together and salt and pepper to taste. Like I said this recipe is simple and you can add other things to it. When it comes to eating it I prefer to eat it with saltine crackers, it just makes sense.
