- 2 Cups Flour All Puropse
- ¼ Cup Butter Melted
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Tbs Sugar White
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 3 Cups Milk
Filling Options
- Nutella
- Strawberries/Berries
- Cheesecake
- Banana Foster
- Whipped Cream
In a large bowl or blender, add in your Flour, Sugar, Butter, and Eggs. IF you are using a blender add in all three cups of milk and blend until smooth
If you are not using a blender add in 1 cup to the bowl and mix. Mix until everything is incorporated and add another cup of milk. Repeat for the last cup.
Preheat your nonstick saute pan and use a 1/3 cup to pour your batter into your pan
Rotate the pan in circles, to create a thin layer. Cook on one side for 1-2 minutes flip and repeat
Fill them with your favorite toppings and enjoy
Leaving the batter to rest overnight will make them taste better
