Equipment

  • Large Bowl

  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Saute Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Flour All Puropse
  • ¼ Cup Butter Melted
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Tbs Sugar White
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Cups Milk

Filling Options

  • Nutella
  • Strawberries/Berries
  • Cheesecake
  • Banana Foster
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl or blender, add in your Flour, Sugar, Butter, and Eggs. IF you are using a blender add in all three cups of milk and blend until smooth
  • If you are not using a blender add in 1 cup to the bowl and mix. Mix until everything is incorporated and add another cup of milk. Repeat for the last cup.
  • Preheat your nonstick saute pan and use a 1/3 cup to pour your batter into your pan
  • Rotate the pan in circles, to create a thin layer. Cook on one side for 1-2 minutes flip and repeat
  • Fill them with your favorite toppings and enjoy

Notes

Leaving the batter to rest overnight will make them taste better
