Sauce Pan
- 1 Cup Semi Chocolate Chips
- ¾ Cup Dutch Cocoa 2/4 Cup reserved for flour
- 1 Tsp Instant Coffee or Espresso
- 2 ½ Sticks Butter Melter
- 1 ½ Cups White sugar Granulated
- ½ Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 5 Eggs
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- ¼ Cup Walnuts
Preheat your oven to 350F. Butter up your baking pan
In a medium bowl add your semi-sweet chocolate, 1/4 cup of dutch cocoa, and coffee. Set off to the side.
In a saucepot melt your butter until it starts to simmer vigorously. Once it is simmering you want to quickly pour it over your bowl of chocolate. Mix until combined and smooth.
In a large bowl, you want to combine your sugars, vanilla, and eggs. With your mixer you want to beat the mixture until it is light in color, fluffy and two to three times its original size.
Once the egg mixture is fluffy and light in color you want to slowly add in your melted chocolate while your still mixing.
When everything is incorporated you want to sift in your flour and cocoa powder. And carefully fold it into your chocolate egg mixture until it is all incorporated.
Pour your mixer into your buttered pan and bake for 20 minutes. Once those 20 minutes are up you want to take the pan out and slam it on the counter really hard one or three times.
Place back in the oven for an additional 20 minutes. Then take them out and let them cool completly and slice
Enjoy
