Lime Salmon Pasta

  • Juicer
  • Sauce Pot
  • small bowl
  • Colander
  • Measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

For Salmon

  • 12 oz Salmon Divided into four fillets
  • 4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Garlic and herb Seasoning
  • 2 Tsp Japanese Seven Spice or Cayanne
  • Zest of one Lime
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil

For Pasta

  • 1 Box Betty Crocker Suddenly Salad Classic Version
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • 4 Cups Broccoli Steamed
  • 1 tsp Japanese Seven Spice
  • 1 Tbs Cilantro

Optional

  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Green Onions

Instructions
 

  • Marinate you, Salmon, with the first five ingredients. Saute with olive oil until fully cooked about 5-7 minutes each side.
  • In a steamer or microwave steam your broccoli until it is partially cooked.
  • Prepare the boxed pasta as directed. When making the dressing substitute tablespoon of water for the juice of the limes.
  • When pasta is fully cooked and drained, pour it into a saute pan, along with your broccoli, cilantro, and additional veggies of choice. Incorporate your dressing along with the rest of the leftover lime juice.
  • If you want your pasta to be spicier sprinkle over one teaspoon of cayenne pepper
