For Salmon
- 12 oz Salmon Divided into four fillets
- 4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Pepper
- 2 Tsp Garlic and herb Seasoning
- 2 Tsp Japanese Seven Spice or Cayanne
- Zest of one Lime
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
For Pasta
- 1 Box Betty Crocker Suddenly Salad Classic Version
- 1 Lime Juiced
- 4 Cups Broccoli Steamed
- 1 tsp Japanese Seven Spice
- 1 Tbs Cilantro
Optional
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Green Onions
Marinate you, Salmon, with the first five ingredients. Saute with olive oil until fully cooked about 5-7 minutes each side.
In a steamer or microwave steam your broccoli until it is partially cooked.
Prepare the boxed pasta as directed. When making the dressing substitute tablespoon of water for the juice of the limes.
When pasta is fully cooked and drained, pour it into a saute pan, along with your broccoli, cilantro, and additional veggies of choice. Incorporate your dressing along with the rest of the leftover lime juice.
If you want your pasta to be spicier sprinkle over one teaspoon of cayenne pepper
