Spam Musubi

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbs Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbs Sugar
  • 12 Oz Spam Sliced 6 ea
  • 3 C Cooked Rice
  • 2 ea Nori Sheets Cut in thirds
  • TT Furikake

Optional Add-ins

  • Egg Over Medium
  • Avacado

Instructions
 

  • In small bowl, combine soy sauce and sugar.
  • In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook spam slices 3 to 5 minutes or until browned. Add soy sauce sugar mixture, cook 1 to 2 minutes or until slices are glazed. Remove from pan.
  • Using the same spam container wash, it out, and line with plastic wrap. Lay your seaweed across the can and add in your spam. Carefully add in 1/2 a cup of rice season with Furikake if you wish and push down to tighten your musubi.
  • Pull out your spam wrapped in plastic wrap and use a little bit of water to seal the seaweed together.
  • If you want to add avocado or an egg place it on top of your spam before adding your rice.
